Key Responsibilities:1. Talent Acquisition & OnboardingDevelop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Oversee job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection processes.Manage the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.Partner with department heads to identify workforce needs and staffing plans.2. HR Policy & ComplianceDevelop, implement, and update HR policies and employee handbooks in compliance with labor laws and company standards.Ensure legal compliance in all HR practices, including contracts, leave, termination, etc.Conduct regular audits of HR systems and processes.3. Performance Management & DevelopmentDesign and implement performance appraisal systems.Support managers in goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development initiatives.4. Employee Relations & EngagementServe as a point of contact for employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Plan and execute employee engagement activities and feedback initiatives (e.g, surveys, town halls).5. Compensation & BenefitsDevelop and manage compensation structures and benefits programs.Benchmark salaries and benefits to remain competitive in the industry.Oversee payroll coordination with finance.6. HR Operations & SystemsMaintain HRIS systems and ensure accurate employee data management.Prepare reports on HR metrics (e.g, attrition, headcount, hiring).Ensure smooth handling of documentation, letters, and HR records.7. Exit & OffboardingManage resignation, termination, and retirement processes.Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and reduce attrition.Ensure full and fair final settlements and knowledge transfer.
