Projects: A) “Comparison of Seroprevalence of SARS-CoV2 among people with and without diabetes and/or hypertension among existing cardio-vascular community cohort in National Capital Region (NCR) of Delhi”. Funded by Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR).B) Prevalence of Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) and its association with cardio-metabolic disease risk factors in North India. Funded by Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR).B) Centre for cArdio-metabolic Risk Reduction in South Asia (CARRS)-Surveillance Study.With NAFLD study, involved in designing, collecting and analyzing the diet part of the survey.Key Responsibilities: Developed the following:o Manual of Operations for NAFLD Study and CARRS Surveillance Study- Cohort-2 1st follow-up.o Involved in developing study tools Trainero Conduct training and retraining on anthropometric measurements and questionnaires of the field staff of both the sites Quality Managero Checking the backend data on daily basis for quality assuranceo Resolve queries and coordinate with data management and lab team o Monitoring of recruitment rates of participants, progress reports and error rates for quality assurance Field Supervisiono Supervising the data collection processes.o Frequent monitoring visits to field and convert refusalso Prepare the field plans for smooth functioningo Daily face to face interaction with the teamo Monitor the instruments that are used in the studyo Make sure the timely completion of the taskso Supporting the field staff, providing guidance and advice in all aspects of planning, implementation of study.
