As a commercial transactions attorney for EY, I work on drafting and negotiating commercial contracts with clients and vendors of EY across the globe. Experienced in handling high-value cross border transactions across a wide spectrum of agreement types, such as government RFPs, client servicing agreements, procurement agreements, sponsorships, subcontracting arrangements, technology agreements (evaluation licenses, EULAs, OSS etc.), NDAs, framework agreements, proposals, and other ancillary documentation, providing risk management advice in relation to each.
