ABOUT GARIMA GAYATRI

This is my story. My roots are in Bihar. Loved reading and writing from a young age. Enjoyed debating in school and was actively involved in theatre during college. Performed & won awards for street/stage plays across Delhi University, National School of Drama, IIT Delhi, IIT Kanpur. Represented India at UNEP\'s World Environment Children Summit in 2005 - I love highlighting this. This was the first time on a flight and imagine a Patna girl in Toyota, the memory is as fresh as yesterday :)Started my career as a writer, writing copy & content (when I actually learned what\'s a copy!) for a range of products — Xerox machines, sunglasses, bags, toothbrushes, washing machines, condoms, curtains, and what not! Got a chance to write for Make My Trip, Lazada, Medanta, Lenskart, Amazon, while working with an agency. And then there was a turning point – interviewed a Padma Shri Doctor, this made all the difference in my journey. Moved on to work with a startup in the energy space. Built a solid plan to bring positive stories about the oil and gas industry. Interviewed people working on the rigs, people who made it to the top from cleaning toilets on the rigs, people who started from drilling repair shops and are now CXOs of oil majors like National Oilwell Varco, and some amazing women! Working with B2B, D2C & social impact brands for over 8 years now, I believe behind every brand are people with extraordinary stories. Have Interviewed 200+ leaders across industries - Oil & Gas, Social Impact, Healthcare, E-commerce, Fintech, Insurance, CX, Advertising, etc.Fell in love with SaaS models & the people bringing crazy ideas to life. Enjoy driving copy, content, & conversations around product innovations. And who better than the customers to understand a product’s real impact. This got me into customer marketing. Passionate about creating customer advocates via stories of growth. Built a community called The Story Bar – to make every story matter. Interviewed the legendary Lawrence Grobel here along with amazing people from other walks of life. I live and breathe for genuine conversations. Let’s talk. Would love to know your story!
