About Garima Deepak
I am an attorney licensed to practice in New York and India. I started my career in 2014 as an Associate with Luthra & Luthra Law Offices, a top-tier law firm in India. I have extensive work experience in international dispute settlement, international litigation, arbitration, treaty negotiation, and trade policy. I have acted as a legal counsel in several WTO disputes and participated in the dispute proceedings at the WTO in Geneva and also represented various multinational companies in domestic litigation. My work and contributions culminated in a fast-track promotion to Senior Associate in 2017.I completed my Masters in Law (LL.M.) at NYU School of Law as a recipient of the Dean\'s Graduate Award in 2019 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2020. Thereafter, I worked as a Legal Consultant at United Nations Institute of Training and Research in New York and advised on issues pertaining to international dispute resolution and UN procedures.Currently, I am working as Assistant Vice President at the International Centre for Dispute Resolution, American Arbitration Association in New York.
