My career has been defined by a single pursuit: optimizing the operational mechanics that allow businesses to scale efficiently.Growing up in a small town, I saw physical industries as the backbone of the economy. That belief led me to Tata Motors, where I cut my teeth on the \"hard\" side of operations, managing $40M CAPEX projects and complex supply chains. I learned that operational rigor is what separates a good idea from a shippable product.Eager to apply that discipline to something of my own, I bootstrapped Dermicos Products. With limited savings and a lot of grit, I scaled the business from zero to customers. It was my \"real-world MBA.\" I learned how to sell, how to manage cash flow, and how to lead a team. But as the market shifted, I realized that the future of scale wasn\'t just in physical goods - it was in technology and data.After refining my technical skills at NYU and Amazon, I joined Hakimo (Series A AI-startup) as the Founding Operator.Over the last two years, I have combined my product & operational background with GTM strategy to help scale the company from Seed to Series A by building the Revenue Engine and Operationalizing AI that unlocked millions in ARR.I operate with a founder’s mindset and love the challenge of taking a complex technical product and building the commercial infrastructure required to sell it at scale.
