Headed the global delivery team of the Insurance vertical for Fiserv, a leading Financial Services product and services organization, with P&L accountability for revenue of more than $25M, with teams spanning across India (Noida, Pune and Bangalore), USA, UK, Mexico and Costa Rica. Achieved a CAGR > 25% for revenue between 2015 and 2019; Client Satisfactions Scores >8.5/10; Contract Renewal Rate > 95%; Employee Engagement Score > 80% consistently. Over the years, have established and run multiple delivery teams – ranging from set up of an offshore ODC for 24*7-support of critical global applications for a leading Investment Bank, to full-stack development and implementation using cloud based digital platforms like Salesforce and AWS for clients in Insurance domain. Established the Salesforce.com Practice for Fiserv. A major achievement of the Practice being migration of diverse core legacy Insurance systems to Salesforce.com for a large Warranty Insurance company by providing full spectrum of services including legacy maintenance, Salesforce development and implementation, data migration and integration between cloud and various legacy systems. Played a pivotal role in establishment of a new IT services based stream of business for Fiserv, which is predominantly an IT products company. Over the past decade, I have been building high-performing teams that deliver exceptional results for the clients.
