I co-own and manage iAdroit - A Division of Bantech Solutions. Its a Digital Agency that works on some of the latest emerging technologies in the IT industry, from IoT to Blockchain Development. Catering to a global clientele, the business has grown over the years solely on the basis of retaining old business relationships and references from existing set of clients. iAdroit is a full stack IT consulting and digital agency that is the perfect white label partner to small and mid sized businesses across the globe.My professional career of 12 years started in 2006, with customer service. Soon I moved into training. My past experiences include successful stints at HSBC (Card Services) and Genpact (Accounts Receivable Portfolio Management). I have spent a part of my service career in Soft Skill Training and Voice Coaching. I quit my service in 2012 to be part of our IT business full time. An English graduate from Calcutta University, I have been a department topper (2006). I have gradually been introduced to the vast network of IT services when I joined our business - a premier web design and development firm in India). I learnt more about the world of IT through the years and have shared my thoughts regularly on our blog 2016, I have been a part of our start up venture in Travel - GroupOuting.com. I blog, manage Digital Marketing assignments and develop content strategy for clients, besides the day to day administration of the business. Besides being an avid traveler, I also take part in tours and design tours for our guests.I am well traveled, take interest in reading and bring to the table my business experience that can make a difference to the organization I associate myself with. Besides, I am always open to learning new skills and look forward to new roles and challenges. I am a TEFL Certified English Trainer, Soft skill coach and a Voice and Accent facilitator. I completed the Internationally recognized 120 hrs TEFL program in July 2019.

   I look after the HR functions of recruitment as well as training and development. I induct new joinees, train them before they hit production. I also conduct Training Need Analysis, and organize technical training from external sources when necessary. I blog, and plan SEO strategies for clients, and take active part in content creation, and implementing the online marketing strategies for our clients.
