The program not only equipped me with theoretical knowledge but also emphasized practical applications through case studies, internships, and project work.As an HR professional, I manage recruitment and talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance and policy management. I ensure the organization attracts and hires the best talent, fosters a positive work environment, supports employee career goals, coordinates training programs, and ensures compliance with legal regulations and company policies. My responsibilities include fostering a fair and ethical workplace.My career aspiration is to delve deeper into strategic HR roles, contributing to shaping organizational culture and leadership.
