She lead business transformation projects in SPM space and is a certified Anaplan solution architect.Gargi has also been a Senior Management Consultant in the Business Advisory domain of EY India. She has worked in several diverse projects spanning multiple industries and geographies. But some of the more distinct projects are:1. Project management of a divestiture for a global conglomerate; collaborating with 4 regions (NA, APAC, EMEA and LATAM) to provide transition management of 43 FTEs2. Leading a diagnostic of a Finance SSC; propose improvements in a multi-layered organization and bring in standardization in processes such as AP, AR, RTR, FA and Payments3. Leading an RPA implementation as a Functional Consultant; reviewing processes for automation, driving process standardizations, defining the TO-BE state and end-to-end project management of the RPA implementation and support for 15 processes, spanning multiple functions.Gargi has also served as a Wireline Field Engineer in Schlumberger, wherein, she provided logging services to her clients. She has worked in 38 Open Hole rigs and several cased hole ones. She has worked is several remote locations of India.Gargi pursued her Master in Business Administration (MBA) from one of the most premier B-Schools of India - Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi University. She majored in Marketing and Minored in Finance, while also having an in-depth knowledge of Strategy and Operations. She was a member of the Media Cell, responsible for the public relations of the instituteGargi pursued her Bachelors in Technology (B-Tech) from the most premier institute of India - Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Guwahati, wherein she graduated as a Mechanical Engineering.
