   I empower teams, individuals, and businesses to find new ways to achieve their athletic, personal, and/or professional goals. My objective is to ignite the spark of belief in them that they can achieve anything they desire. I inspire them to DREAM BIGGER, unlock their potential, and achieve their seemingly impossible dreams.I coach athletes to develop mastery of their mindset to achieve peak performance and become men/women of integrity who serve, love, and lead others with confidence, excellence, and purpose. I coach businesses and individuals in mental skills training that enhances their performance in whatever endeavor they undertake.• Serving as the sports performance psychology coach, I lead all Westside Warriors mental conditioning efforts to optimize individual and team athletic performance• I foster a team mindset geared toward making a positive impact with the ensuing team dynamics and collaborative spirit contributing to the football team succeeding in qualifying for the state championship game 5 years in a row—winning 3 of 5• I work closely with athletes to tailor and advance customized strategies for growth in sustaining psychological health and achieving elite performance• I establish team-wide performance enhancement mental skills training to include goal-setting, deep breathing, action planning, and cognitive reframing• I teach imagery and visualization as a mental technique that athletes practice using layered stimulus response training• I provide mental skills training and peak performance education to students, professional staff, and administrators district-wide• I serve as the football program’s exclusive kicking specialist coach, producing a 7-year streak of landing at least one of the specialists on the All-Nebraska State Football Team• I played a significant role in the success of 7 of the 2023-24 teams whom I coached ultimately going on to win 5 state championships and 2 district titles
