I’m an Associate Consultant at ai4process and a Pega CSSA ’25 and Certified Decisioning Consultant, focused on decision-led system design and case management.Over the past year I’ve immersed myself in Customer Decision Hub, Next Best Action and layered decisioning. Through certification and hands-on builds, I’ve developed practical experience structuring eligibility, prioritisation and arbitration logic, supported by engagement policies and adaptive models. I’m particularly interested in how disciplined decision logic shapes real customer outcomes across end-to-end workflows.Before moving into technology, I spent over 20 years leading complex theatre productions. Working with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams sharpened my ability to structure ambiguity, communicate clearly and deliver under pressure. Those principles now shape how I approach consulting and solution design.
