ABOUT GARETH WATT
In 2025, we became an employee-owned business. That change matters. It reflects who we are and how we work. We’re built on trust, shared success, and long-term thinking. We’re also committed to serving our clients around the world, and that international focus was recognised with the King’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade. It’s a powerful endorsement of the global impact our team delivers every day.Following my time as Chief People Officer, I moved into the Chief Operating Officer role to focus on building the long-term organisational capability PHMG needs to scale under employee ownership. I retain executive accountability for People & Culture, Internal Communications, and Design, while also taking on broader responsibility for the delivery of our Content Creation product portfolio and oversight of the Business Support function – including global office operations and ESG initiatives. My role is all about aligning our structure, talent, and operations with commercial goals. I work closely with the CEO and Executive Board to ensure our teams are structured, resourced, and supported to deliver long-term value – for our people, our clients, and the business as a whole.
