I am a member of the Strategy and Change Team within the Food Commercial function at the Cooperative Group, and am responsible for embedding the Coop Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) into all parts of Commercial Operations. I am also a Lean Six Sigma/Operational Excellence Green BeltI am a highly motivated self-starter with extensive experience of working under pressure in fast paced demanding environments where accuracy and maintaining the highest level of delivery is vital. I am an organised and effective team leader with extensive experience of managing volume workload whilst maintaining quality. My previous and present job roles required excellent attention to detail to ensure that all materials produced are accurate and well laid out following strict guidelines and procedures.I have a strong analytical background and am confident liaising with people both face to face and over the phone. I am approachable and strive to work in a professional manner and to a high standard.I take pride in my ability to motivate myself and team members to deliver business results in demanding high pressure environments and have excellent organisation skills and experience of all aspects of administration. I am a reliable and flexible team player who contributes to team meetings and supports wider colleagues as well as my own team.
