I’m a COO-level operator with a background in engineering and natural sciences. I spent eight years at Redgate Software, including two on the board as COO, helping scale the company through sustained international growth.Since 2016, I’ve worked closely with CEOs and leadership teams in deep tech, biotech, AI, and scientific organisations.
