I love working across customers, services and the commercial decisions that shape them, making sure internal and external customer value has an equal voice in how decisions are made. In practice, that means being clear about priorities, the trade-offs, and what needs to change to deliver results.I’ve built and grown businesses from the inside, including to exit. I’ve led services, products and operating models, and taken responsibility for commercial decisions during growth. I co-founded and scaled a mental fitness venture shaped by experiences my co-founder and I had ourselves. We raised investment, owned a P&L, and built a digital product used by tens of thousands of people. I’ve also supported multi-million-pound business cases and worked on uses of AI and emerging technology as tools to support decision making and service improvement.I think about how decisions get made and how work gets done, because people, culture and everyday habits shape customer outcomes and business performance.
