I’m a strategic People Director and leadership partner to CEOs and Executive Teams, with 20+ years’ experience leading People, Talent and Organisation Development in FTSE 100, professional services, engineering and publishing organisations. I’ve led large multi-disciplinary HR teams and partnered with ExCo to deliver enterprise-wide transformation. My work has consistently focused on aligning people strategy with business strategy — improving leadership capability, engagement, retention, operating model effectiveness and commercial performance.Alongside this, I am an accredited Executive Coach (ICF ACC) and Fellow of the CIPD.
