Two years of internal ERP implementation using EFACS system led to me realising I had a desire to do the role on a full time basis. My path to achieving this was to join Lakeview Computers as a Support Consultant, which allowed me to learn the software, with the aim of becoming an implementation consultant within two years. I have now been implementing the K8 LV software with the full product lifecycle from kickoff meeting, through requirements gathering and process design, running training workshops and eventual customer sign off and \'Go-Live\', Multiple projects have been completed and using my manufacturing knowledge, I am now supporting and implementing a second \'Group\' product (Kerridge MFS).Projects are achieved using the PRINCE2 methodology and continuous improvement of personal project management.
