I am excited to be part of an innovative and motivating team at Albotherm.My education was based at the University of Southampton, graduating with a Masters in Chemistry in 2012, and subsequently transferring onto a PhD in Infection, Inflammation & Immunity, undertaking research in the development of biocompatible polymers for applications in ophthalmology - looking at developing novel drug delivery systems alongside artificial mimetics of native ocular tissue – with the aim of creating a potential treatment for age-related macular degeneration and retinitis pigmentosa.
