Verification and continual compliance of customs import & export declarations made by Dow in UK, Ireland & Nordic;• Ensure compliance of all Dow customs licences / authorisations issued by customs authorities in UK, Ireland & Nordic countries;• Forge and maintain strong working relationships with customs agents, brokers, logistics operators acting on behalf of Dow in the international trade supply chain for UK, Ireland & Nordic;• Lead and drive Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) application project in the UK;• Contact person and responsible party representing Dow versus customs & other government authorities in UK, Ireland & Nordic countries;• Lead the Productivity programme for International Trade Europe by identifying opportunities for duty savings discussions and collaborating with Dow businesses as appropriate;• Act as Duty Suspension Focal Point for International Trade Europe, by working with and leading on applications and objections for Dow businesses towards the national Government authorities and the EU Commission.
