Senior Audit Manager within the Professional Practices team, responsible for Learning & Development for the audit function. My role is key to ensuring that the function has the right knowledge to perform their role, today and in the future. Key activities include- Developing and managing the delivery of new joiner training on audit methodology and Agile auditing- Development, delivery and reporting of the function’s skills survey assessment- Leading the development of the annual Audit Academy- Development and delivery of regular e-learning assessment modules- Development of learning paths that support a career journey within Internal Audit- Build and maintenance of learning and development intranet pages- Management of professional qualifications for the functionAdditionally, I am work-stream lead responsible for the development and embedding of Agile auditing within the function.
