As a vital participant in the UK\'s eco scheme, Comcat is committed to retrofitting the British housing stock, targeting improvements for individuals living in fuel poverty. In my time with Comcat, I have overseen the installation of thousands of energy-saving home improvements for families living in fuel poverty, making a tangible difference in the lives of countless households. As CEO, my role includes strategic planning, financial management, overseeing daily operations, and driving organisational growth, allowing me to utilise my skills and expertise across various aspects of the business. My responsibilities involve creating and refining business processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. This includes developing and implementing strategic plans, setting goals, and monitoring performance across all departments. Recently, Comcat has pivoted to become a renewable energy installer, focusing on heat pumps, solar PV, and battery storage solutions. I have overseen the MCS accreditation process, ensuring our company meets the necessary quality and safety standards. Additionally, I have been instrumental in creating the lead generation and sales strategy for finding suitable properties for these new products, further expanding our positive impact on the environment and our customers lives. Throughout my time at Comcat Ltd, I am proud to be playing a significant role in helping countless households improve their energy efficiency and overcome fuel poverty. As I continue to contribute to the company\'s growth and success, I am excited to witness the positive impact we can make on even more lives in the coming years.
