Here, I progressed to a permanent contract following the successful completion of a 2-year fixed contract. Within my role I oversaw 3 multi-skilled Project Managers and was responsible for a portfolio of work consisting of 8 key projects. A key project within this position that I led, was the implementation of a Cloud data warehouse to standardise and transform data across 25 European countries. Additionally, I also delivered VMI functionality enhancements to current IT systems whilst also establishing and delivering new business processes to support change and transformation on a European level. I am a seasoned and results-driven Senior Project and Programme Manager with a strong track record of delivering successful complex global IT and eCommerce programmes. I have covered numerous large-scale Infrastructure projects and the full programme lifecycle, including design, testing, integration and deployment. I have vast exposure in managing the commercial and stakeholder relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and 3rd party teams.I have a genuine passion for leading diverse projects / programmes and consider myself to have a broad range of skills and knowledge. My expertise lies within change management, risk management, commercial acumen and matrix environments. I also have a wealth of readily transferable people management and commercial skills.
