As a former Royal Marines Commando, I’ve honed the skills of discipline, strategic thinking, and teamwork—qualities that have been integral to my success in every subsequent role.After leaving the military, I transitioned into sales management, where my strong communication skills and ability to connect with people allowed me to drive significant growth and build long lasting client relationships. Passionate about fitness and health, my entrepreneurial spirit then led me to launch and manage my own sports coaching business where I learned first hand the intracacies of running and growing a successful enterprise whilst helping others try to reach their full potential through dedication and hard work.My current role as a prison officer has provided me with a deeper understanding of the complexities of human behaviour, further enhancing my ability to manage and support diverse teams in high-pressure situations. Being a part of the equalities and safer custody team and an advocate for the armed forces underscores my commitment to ensuring that everyone—regardless of their background—has the opportunity to thrive.
