Being Discovery Manager at Ecosurety is a bit like being the Second Officer on the starship Enterprise! It\'s the company\'s ideas hub and I manage a range projects that are part of Ecosurety\'s mission (as a B Corp) to go beyond mere compliance and deliver real, positive impact. These range widely from new recycling technologies to pioneering new collaborative voluntary extended producer responsibility projects like the Flexible Plastics Fund. I ran Ecosurety\'s £1M Exploration Fund as well as a smattering of \'traditional\' consultancy type projects playing to my core behaviour change skills. All in all, very varied and very, very exciting!
