ABOUT GARETH MEADOWS

An adaptable, collaborative business professional with over 20 years’ experience in the support and strategic management and delivery of complex financial, billing, CRM, and cloud-based software applications. I am currently employed as an Enterprise Architect, specialising in integration, responsible for setting the business strategy and overseeing the transformation of our middleware and integration tools, policies, and practices into a consolidated, future-facing model.My background is in various aspects of the development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution architecture/design, testing, delivery, and vendor management, with a focus on putting the customer at the heart of sustainable solutions.I also have experience in managing the in-life operation of systems, working with 3rd-party suppliers and customers and I have strong negotiation, people management and relationship management skills.As a keen exponent of collaborative working, I always ensure I make the most of the expertise of others around me in order to deliver the best results.Although a passionate advocate for delivery excellence, I am a team-player and always respectful of my colleagues, but not afraid to challenge the status quo and be constructively disruptive – we should never be afraid to ask “why?”
