ABOUT GARETH MCLEAN
I improve the health, wellbeing and fitness of busy parents and entrepreneurs in areas of physical activity, exercise, nutrition, recovery & sleep. I have a BSc in Sport Science, started my coaching career in the US, before returning home to work with Ulster Rugby, I then become an S&C coach with Netball Northern Ireland, before moving on to becoming a tutor within high performance and later opening a private training facility outside Magherafelt. We now have an expanding team of 5 coaches/personal trainers, nutritionists and sports therapists.
