Originally joined to supervise the Client Service team in Belfast. Combining day to day account management of Core Clients with ensuring control framework flows are followed.Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure robust and efficient communication and issue resolution.Currently working in a split role combining onboarding of new clients from an Operational standpoint, day to day management of clients and an SME role in the role out of a new back office system.
