With over 20 years of experience in the construction and electrical industries, I specialise in senior project management and business development. Throughout my career, I\'ve held key roles such as Business Unit Lead, Project Manager, Site Manager, Electrical Maintenance Manager, Foreman, Charge Hand, Electrician and Electrical Apprentice.Currently serving as a Business Unit Lead at CJK, I strategically drive growth, optimize operations, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. As a Project Manager, I successfully delivered complex projects through meticulous planning, execution, and timely delivery. Previously, as a Site Manager, I oversaw operations and upheld safety and quality standards.My expertise as an Electrical Maintenance Manager involved leading teams, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and optimizing equipment performance. As Foreman and Charge Hand, I effectively coordinated and supervised teams to ensure high-quality workmanship and schedule adherence.Complementing my industry experience, I pursued professional development. I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in High-Performance Sales and Business Development, enhancing my skills in sales strategies, coaching, and driving growth. Additionally, I earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Finance and an MSc in Project Management, strengthening my financial analysis, strategic decision-making, and project lifecycle management expertise.As a motivated professional, I thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
