Responsibilities include, but not limited to…• Leading and managing Bowmer & Kirkland’s lifting operations, ensuring full compliance with legal requirements, safety regulations, and industry best practices.•Partnering with the pre-construction teams during bidding and early design stages to assess tower crane, hoist and mast-climber needs and develop effective solutions.• Fostering strong relationships with supply chain partners to deliver safe, cost-effective, and efficient services.• Organising and overseeing audits, inspections, and evaluations of lifting operations to ensure consistent safety and regulatory compliance across all projects.• Working closely with project teams, temporary works specialists, and engineers to support proactive lift planning and mitigate risks from the outset.• Championing continuous improvement in lifting safety and operational performance by sharing best practices and lessons learned both internally and across industry networks.
