ABOUT GARETH LANAGAN
Mathematics has always been my passion, have lectured at Higher and Further Education. In 2019, I moved to work for Ceredigion Council where there were originally two parts to my role. Firstly I looked after GCSE and Post-16 provision across the county. I also, had the strategic lead for the e-sgol project, which provides lessons virtually across Powys, Ceredigion and North Wales. In 2021, I moved to be a Secondary School Support Adviser with responsibility for all Secondary and Through age schools across the counties. Since September 2023 I have been acting up as the joint Corporate Manager for School Improvement. In August 2025 I have moved from Ceredigion to work for Medr as the Head of Tertiary Investment and Monitoring
