I am a Director in the Technology audit team where I specialise in providing audit and assurance services to software and technology clients, including UK listed groups and large multinationals. I have transitioned and am still responsible for a number of UK listed groups (FTSE and AIM). I have significant experience with listed company requirements and IFRS. I am also responsible for several US GAAP and PCAOB reporting clients and a number of smaller private UK companies. I am a qualified chartered accountant (ACA) with a first class honours degree in Mathematics from Cardiff University.
