I am currently working on a £58M PBSA scheme in Nottingham which consists of both refurbishment and a new build 18 storey tower which will go through BSR Gateway 2 in the new year. Previous projects include a £21 PBSA new build scheme on the Jubilee Campus in Nottingham which is due for completion. Prior to this I worked on Lancaster Wharf, a £46M 23 Storey Luxury residential scheme in the gun quarter in Birmingham. I started with Torsion Construction on the £20M Compass scheme on the Birmingham Ring road. I have also completed two Luxury Over 55\'s Living Schemes at Derby Kingsway (Albany Lodge) and Thornton Cleveleys (Royle\'s Lodge) near Blackpool. Both schemes completed in the summer of 2023.

ABOUT GARETH JONES
I have worked mainly in Design Management during my career. For the first part I provided design management support to Education, Health and Commercial projects but since 2010 I have been working in the Residential sector on a range of projects from Extra-care through to New-build housing and high rise refurbishment. Currently I am working on a high rise student accommodation RC Frame with various Cladding and curtain wall facadesI also have a PG Dip in Construction Project Management and a BSc(Hons) in Construction Technology and Management. I want to deepen and broaden my knowledge of Construction and Design. In addition I have found great pleasure in mentoring and training young graduates.Specialities include: Tender and Pre-contract Design Management for ResidentialConstruction Design Management for Residential projectsDesign Management for Residential, Health, Education and Commercial Buildings.
