Responsible for Health, Safety and Environment complying with best practice, company procedures, risk assessments and legal requirements.Manage facilities and associated infrastructure.Through effective production scheduling, ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time whilst ensuring adherence to customer quality and specification requirements. Manage and lead a team of people promoting the engagement, training and development of people whilst ensuring adherence to standard processes and procedures across operations.Identify and deploy the technical skill sets, resource levels and systems to deliver projects, including the engagement of external resources as required.Drive to continually improve fabrication processes to allow work to be completed quicker, cheaper and/or with improved quality.Financial and Budget ControlHelp prepare budgets, schedules, and other organisational reports as needed.Review financial data and use it to improve profitability of services.Liaise with cost control to ensure information is current to facilitate accurate decision making.Lead and supervise the timekeeping process to ensure on time and accurate entries and submissions. People Management Manage and lead a team that meets agreed objectives, and delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements.Manage staffing levels, holiday allowances, recruitment, training, development, appraisal, attendance, and disciplinary issues.Manage contractors on site to ensure they meet legal and company requirementsRelationship Management Develop strong working relationships with all personnel affiliated with the company. Self-Management Support and comply with Health & Safety regulations, Company Handbook, Quality and Environmental standards, and all other Company policies and procedures Proactively contribute to creating a good team atmosphere Focused and target driven with a positive can-do attitude
