I am a highly motivated and resourceful chartered professional with experience of various disciplines including Architecture, Building Surveying, Project Management, and Estate Management. I have represented the Client, the Contractor and the Designer and understand the specific requirements and aspirations of each. I manage the development and delivery of capital works from inception to completion, providing project management at all stages. Working with consultants, multi-disciplinary design teams, and end users I have delivered a variety of robust cost effective building solutions to a high standard, within programme, that meet fully with the client’s requirements and aspirations. I have extensive experience of managing multiple projects each ranging from £10k up to £22million, with full responsibility for budget control, financial reporting, and compliance with all statutory, legal and health & safety requirements. I have delivered projects of a specialist nature in sensitive environments often with strict programme constraints. I also have experience of various renewable technologies including CHP, PV, Wind Turbines and Biomass. I am a competent user of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and various CAD applications (AutoCAD, Vectorworks and ArchiCAD). I am also familiar with both Photoshop and Sketchup. Continuing my professional development is important to me as I aspire to be the best I can be within my profession. I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB), I have a HND in Building Studies, I am a PRINCE2 Practitioner and have qualifications in both CAD and Interior Design. I take pride in everything I do and aim to achieve the highest quality and standards possible. I have the technical understanding, experience and an exceptional skill set that allows me to address tasks confidently, effectively and efficiently.
