About Gareth Foley
Performance driven construction professional with more than a decade of experience with a demonstrated history of working in various global markets including the US, UK, Australia, and Asia-Pacific in a range of sectors, mainly commercial, data center, hospitality, engineering & resources (mining) and life science. I have led commercial and multidisciplinary teams on challenging and complex projects delivering efficient and positive results. For the last 8 years, my focus has been on the data center and life science sectors. This includes the largest single-building data center in the world situated in Singapore for a social media and social networking client, multiple data center projects across APAC and the US for key clients, and more recently a SQF fully integrated life science campus in south San Francisco, and an R&D and testing facility in south San Jose for the world\'s largest fabless semiconductor company.I Joined Cumming Group in 2022. Cumming Group provides professional consultancy services, management support and strategic advice to the global construction industry. We have developed long-lasting relationships with some of the biggest companies in the world and have earned a reputation as a world leader in our field and are continually evolving our offer to best meet our client\'s needs.
