Following a successful and progressive over 15 year career to date within the financial service industry, I am inspired most when working within dynamic, forward-thinking organisations with strong core values and ethics. I have a genuine passion for pushing finance and relationship management to the edge of what it can deliver in order to facilitate new phases of business development, aligning myself with the scope and vision for a project, employing collaboration and best practices to facilitate optimum delivery. I have been successful with building, developing, and maintaining strong working relationships, both with clients and co-workers, utilising outstanding negotiation skills, and influencing major decisions at the highest level.
