Managing and maintaining both risk and governance structures for the Cabinet Office\'s Modernisation and Reform Unit.For risk: I engage closely with colleagues to maintain a risk register, containing up to date risks and treatments. I work with senior colleagues to fully scope risks that are identified, and identify which are the key risks that need to be escalated to the Cabinet Office as a whole. I manage the relevant reporting. The Modernisation and Reform Unit has a portfolio of reform projects it monitors, and I work with projects to ensure their risks are fully scoped and treated. I analyse the risks they provide to give a summary to the Delivery Board on a monthly basis.For governance: I have set up a range of governance structures to ensure information flows effectively around the different parts of the team. I have set up a \"one stop shop\" for the SMT to use, detailing forthcoming agendas, papers and decisions. I manage papers and commissions for information for a series of internal programme level governance meetings, ensuring actions are complete and relevant information is completed to time and to quality. I prepare a monthly programme level dashboard which I present to SMT allowing discussion on current performance, risk and issues.
