With over a decade of leadership in manufacturing operations, my focus at Eakin Healthcare Group has been on spearheading lean initiatives, capital projects, and technical support across multiple sites. We\'ve achieved significant cost reductions & quality improvements, thanks to a commitment to operational excellence, problem solving & value engineering. Technology scouting coupled with a strategic approach to capital expenditure and asset lifecycle planning, we are building capability, lowering manufacturing costs and preparing group production facilities for significant growth. A ‘cradle to grave’ approach to ownership of delivery large scale capital projects, both single and multi vendor automation of processes - from initial concept, business case through to delivery into production. My role involves collaborating with a diverse team to drive continuous improvement, support new equipment/ technology sourcing and new product introduction projects group wide.By leveraging my Lean Six Sigma expertise and a strong foundation in process validation and industrial engineering, we ensure the delivery of high-quality medical devices worldwide, upholding stringent ISO13485 standards.
