Subcontract Heat Treatment, Metal Joining & Special Coatings Service Provider.I am the UK Quality Management Representative for all UK locations + Rzeszow Poland within the internal ADE-HT, ADE-ST & AGI sub divisions. We are AQMS certified to AS/EN9100:2016 (Rev. D) and/or ISO9001:2015 QMS certified on one multiple certificate type structure platform. Two locations also hold TS/IATF16949 certification. The business management system is fully integrated with EMS ISO14001. Additionally we hold 13 Nadcap accreditations across 10 locations, covering four special process commodity groups x9 Heat Treating, x2 Welding, x1 Coatings (HVOF/Plasma) and x1 NDT (FPI). One location also holds medical MedAccred Accreditation for Heat Treatments and was the first special process supplier in Europe to achieve this.I head up the Site Quality Function via the Regional Technical Team who are a group of Quality, Metallurgical & Thermal Processing professionals. I am a Bodycote lead Rolls-Royce aerospace data card delegated authority signatory for several Heat Treatment & Metal Joining Processes.
