For over a year, I have been working as a field service engineer at Nixon Hire, a leading provider of eco-friendly welfare products for infrastructure projects. I am responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing a range of innovative equipment that can reduce CO₂ emissions by up to 15 times, compared to conventional alternatives.I have a strong background in retail operations, warehouse management, and team building, which I developed during my seven years as a yard foreman at Welfare Hire Nationwide. There, I oversaw the daily operations of a busy yard, ensuring the quality and safety of the products, and managing a team of 10 staff. I also have experience in courier service, delivering goods to customers on time and with a friendly attitude.I am passionate about environmental sustainability and wellbeing, and I align with Nixon Hire\'s core values of quality, service, environment, wellbeing, and value. I take pride in providing the best possible service to our clients, while also contributing to a healthier and more efficient workplace.
