Over 30 years of experience in process improvement by deploying Lean in a variety of industries including Manufacturing, Hospitality, Distribution, Gaming, Engineering, Finance, Banking and Healthcare. Trained by Toyota Supplier Support Center and Shingijutsu in TPS, and Six Sigma by GE MBB mentor. Led lean transformations both culturally and technically in the US, Mexico, Brazil, Belgium, Netherlands, Portugal, Italy, France, Switzerland, China and Canada of which 2 plants have been awarded the Shingo Award.
