I use an analytically driven management method with a focus on operations. I take data and technology to help push the Gothic fleet into a new age of fleet management. If you can increase efficiency in the shops, maintenance, and performance of the units, you keep our operating people on the job and in front of the clients. My role here is to create those efficiencies while maintaining compliance with DOT, CARB, CADOT, and any other regulatory entities. During my time in this position, I have lead the charge on replacing our fuel program, replacing the fleet management system, streamlining countless processes, initiating an EV pilot program, and a result of our collective efforts is we have lowered shop costs 2.5% of revenue. In 2022 I was awarded the Louis Georgio Memorial award for hard work, ethics, and a history of contributions to the success of our business. I was also named one of the Top 10 Fleet Directors for 2023 by Logistics and Transportation Review Magazine. In 2024 I received the Fleet Visionary Award by AFLA. Outside of fleet I assist in sourcing software and business solutions to help streamline day-to-day operations. As the Director of Fleet Management and Business Systems at Gothic Landscape, one of North America\'s largest landscape companies, I oversee the fleet operations of over 2,600 assets and support five fleet managers in two different divisions across three states. We proudly manage our fleet 100% in-house. With over 6 years of experience in fleet management, I hold CAFM, OSHA, DOT, and Social Media Marketing certifications.I take an analytically driven approach to management, focusing on operations to leverage data and technology for creating efficiencies, streamlining processes, and reducing costs for the Gothic fleet.
