Develop and implement brand appropriate solutions to address these unique needs. • District expert on seasonal best practices that will drive business and profitability. • Partner with Department / Sales Managers in the interviewing and hiring of Merchandisers and ensuring appropriate skill sets levels are met. • Assist Senior Visual Merchandising Manager as necessary for store openings. • Accountable for personal organization and budget including travel. • Maintain awareness of each store\'s prop inventories; advise store managers as necessary to ensure prop inventory is controlled while meeting store needs. • Personally support each season\'s trends and the brand\'s forward direction through personal appearance. • Provide relevant, actionable feedback to corporate visual and merchant teams. • Partner with Corporate Visual Team, Marketing, Regional Managers, District Managers, and Store Managers as needed to ensure that the brand is appropriately represented at all special events in the region.
