In this role I was responsible for bringing Brainlab’s oncology solutions to life inside the clinic. I worked hands-on with physicians, physicists, therapists, and IT/biomedical staff to ensure that complex radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems were installed, configured, and running smoothly.I partnered closely with hospital teams to: • Guide new system implementations from install through go-live, making sure clinical teams could adopt the technology with confidence. • Deliver tailored training sessions so end users at every level—from doctors to IT administrators—understood how to get the most out of Brainlab products. • Provide day-to-day support on site, troubleshooting technical issues and helping teams keep their workflows efficient and reliable. • Oversee service commitments, including preventive maintenance, software updates, and performance checks, while keeping downtime to a minimum.
