Since 2001, I have been highly involved in customer service field in retail, restaurant, corporate and even executive level environment. Main responsibilities involve promoting sales by introducing industry leading Security Service/products to provide businesses with risk mitigation solutions and cost savings. Thriving on new business development including scheduling client introductions, meetings, preparing presentations, proposals, and bid specifications. In addition, my involvement in BOMA, IREM, CAI, AACM and IFMA increases product knowledge and industry awareness while keeping me abreast on all companies/local competitor trends. Much of my success is founded on my managerial ability to bring positive synergy not only customers but employees too. Doing the next right thing and treating all people with respect.
