Having a team of more than 30 on-roll and over outsourced staff, over 16 sites covering over 10 Lacs sq ft of space and more than 20 customers across industries like E-com, FMCG, Automative, Consumer Durable, Chemical and is responsible for overall performance of region in terms of P&L, Warehouses, transportation, etc.• Working closely with Key Account Managers, Solution Engineer, Project Managers and with cross-functional depts to successfully implement new customer accounts• Effective region Cost and P&L management – Responsible for P/L for the East.• Effective execution of Customer Work Instructions (CWI)/ SOP• Monitor key performance indicators (KPls) of all site and ensure that sites deliver all the KPls and on regular basis review them with customer.• Monitor staff performance, identify training needs to improve performance and capitalize on staff potential for continuous improvement, KAIZEN towards operational excellence.• Effectively manage staff and operational costs and work within the annual operating budget• Site and Employees Safety.• Providing & Converting lead into opportunity for BD - Active Participation in BD.• To understand customer\'s requirement and support SE team to prepare best effective solution.• Vendor development and management.• Continuous Improvement Process initiative lead for East India - Ensure that all site manager participates and ensure to give saving to the organization either in terms of cost or in terms of operational efficiency.• Deep selling with existing customers by probing for the new sectors and exploring new opportunity.• Customer visit on monthly basis and developing strong rapport with them.• Follow with the customer to clear the payment within credit period.• Sorting out customers related issues/ Handling escalations by giving on time solutions.• Billing - Monthly Billing data to account department to ensure that we generate on time bill.
