As a Quality Delivery Lead, I manage the full spectrum of quality operations for TikTok across the North America region, covering both in-house and vendor-led execution. My work directly influences platform safety, leakage control, and high-impact creator experience, ensuring moderation decisions are accurate, policy-aligned, and business-relevant at scale.I specialize in designing and executing the end-to-end quality lifecycle — spanning audit sampling strategy, framework development, RCA-driven interventions, reviewer coaching, stakeholder engagement, and metric governance.
