Commercial:• Deal Pricing & Contract negotiations (where necessary)Compliances:• Taxation & Other Statutory Compliance, Financial Governance & Risk Management and Financial Framework by working closely with CRO and Group-Finance DirectorFinance:Be part of the Strategic Management(Apex) in• Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.• Participation in financial strategy of the company• Participate in strategizing financial controls and accounting procedures in line with International Standards and multi country complianceWill work with Group CEO for the strategic initiatives of BCT and its Group companies
