As a UI Developer, I was responsible for building and maintaining the front-end of a web-based Integrated Operations Portal (IOP) that helped telecom engineers manage and monitor thousands of cellular network sites. I designed and developed responsive, intuitive, and accessible UI components to ensure a smooth user experience across all devices. Working closely with UX designers and backend developers, I translated complex workflows—like real-time monitoring, trouble ticket management, and preventive maintenance—into a clean, user-friendly interface. I also integrated multiple internal systems, such as alarm monitoring and asset tracking, into a single platform to streamline operations and improve visibility. Performance optimization was a key focus, and I made sure the application loaded quickly and worked seamlessly even with large data volumes. Throughout the project, I actively participated in Agile sprints, daily stand-ups, and code reviews, while also ensuring cross-browser compatibility and adherence to accessibility standards. I was also hands-on in resolving UI issues, fixing bugs, and refining user workflows based on feedback and testing.
